Pilates Monterey is a small, privately owned pilates studio and teacher training school located in the heart of historic downtown Monterey. Whether you have had injuries, weight issues, or simply want to improve your posture and core strength, Pilates Monterey will help you design a pilates program that will work for you. Pilates Monterey offers Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training by PMA.C.P.T.® trainers, and meets the PMA criteria to be included in their Registry of Schools. Pilates Community Outreach:Did you know that if you take a class at Pilates Monterey, a portion goes to our instructor funded scholarship program? This program provides instruction to those who are in need of the therapeutic benefits of exercise but who cannot otherwise afford it. The fund has benefited cancer survivors and others with specific physical issues. The studio is looking for donations of equipment or services, mats and therabands to expand this program.
