PENINSULA PILATES PROJECT
MISSION
Peninsula Pilates Project (PPP) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization devoted to providing Pilates training as post-rehabilitative treatment for those recovering from debilitating illnesses since 2012.
HISTORY
PPP was created when president Andrea Borgman-Quist (picture) had an insight: while training a colleague recovering from breast cancer, she learned that most insurances do not cover post-surgical physical therapy and information on how to exercise during post-surgery recovery was scarce. That was when she decided to take action and offer pilates to help brave people like her colleague to have a healthier and more active recovery.
