Rebecca Koury has been our instructor since my wife Stacie and I came to Pilates Monterey in 2015 hoping to enhance our fitness. She is an excellent coach who is supportive and encouraging while also paying strict attention to proper form and technique. 
Our efforts at the studio have paid off in so many ways. Whether it is recreational such as training for a marathon or playing a round of golf, or in our daily routine - carrying in the groceries and other household chores, a stronger body and mind has truly made positive impact. And that was never more important than during Stacie's recovery from a recent illness. 
For us Pilates has become an elemental part of our regimen. And there is no one we would rather work with than Rebecca.
